Walkabout Films has a small core team, and a talented group of affiliated individuals and companies, who work with Walkabout Films on a project to project basis.
The core team comprises of:
Nisar Malik , Founder & Chief Executive Officer , undertakes some of the extreme filming and acts as Executive Producer and Director on most projects.
Catherine Martens-Malik , Financial Director , assists with script and proposal writing and provides financial and strategy consultancy.
Abdus Samad, Office & Project Manager , manages the Walkabout Films office, and provides technical and logistical planning/support on all projects.
Jameel Ahmed, Senior Cameraman and Editor , acts as one of the companys principle filming and editing resources.
Mohammad Naseer, Sound and Grip , has trained with the BBC Natural History Unit on location and handles all the field setups.
